Who doesn’t want a cookie from time to time? Perhaps you’re watching your sugar intake and would like a bite of deliciousness that is made from organic, unprocessed ingredients that aren’t loaded with artificial colors, additives, and assorted chemicals.
These are so good and so easy to make. They are often gone before they have had time to cool 🙂
Mix the following ingredients:
6 very ripe bananas, mashed with a fork
3 1/2 cups quick oats
1 Tablespoon each vanilla and cinnamon
Add:
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup raisins
Roll them into balls or drop from a spoon onto a lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes for small cookies. Larger cookies tend to stay a bit mushy in the middle, making them a perfect dessert or an on-the-go breakfast.
Yield: 35 to 40 small cookies. Enjoy!
