Having been an athlete for all of my life, I know the importance of physical activity and the benefits that it brings to our overall health. I played professional baseball in my younger years. Currently, I mountain bike, hike, run, walk, and of course, weight train.

I’m a firm believer in the importance of a well-balanced lifestyle; good nutrition, sufficient sleep, physical fitness, good relationships, and belief in a higher power.
